Acceptable Use Policy
This policy applies to Modgee accounts, DMs, group conversations, streams, creator monetization, uploads, files, previews, and media. It is designed to keep the service safe for users, creators, reviewers, and payment providers.
Prohibited content and conduct
- Illegal activity, regulated goods, fraud, malware, credential theft, or attempts to bypass platform controls.
- Child sexual exploitation or abuse, sexualized minors, grooming, age evasion, or any content involving minors in sexual contexts.
- Credible threats, targeted harassment, hate, doxxing, non-consensual intimate content, stalking, or instructions for violence or self-harm.
- Adult or sexually explicit content, escort services, or NSFW monetization. Adult content support is deferred and is not allowed for launch.
- Spam, deceptive monetization, artificial engagement, impersonation, IP infringement, or content that misleads buyers or payment providers.
Reporting, blocking, and review
Users can report harmful content from conversations and stream posts, block unwanted DMs or conversations, and provide context for moderator review. Urgent safety issues can also be escalated to[email protected]with “URGENT” in the subject.
Reports may include content identifiers, account identifiers, timestamps, category, reporter context, and moderation status so Modgee can investigate incidents and satisfy legal or provider review requests.
Enforcement actions
- Hide, remove, or restrict reported DMs, streams, posts, files, and media.
- Block delivery, mute accounts, disable monetization, or suspend access while an incident is reviewed.
- Preserve evidence, escalate to support, legal, trust and safety, payment providers, or law enforcement where required.
- Dismiss reports that are not policy violations and record moderator rationale for auditability.
