Report, block, and escalate harmful content

Modgee provides reachable mobile and PWA-safe reporting paths for DMs, streams, and media-backed incidents, plus admin moderation queues for enforcement decisions.

In-app reporting

Use Report from conversations, DMs, and stream posts so the item ID, reporter, category, and context are captured for review.

Immediate blocking

Use Block on DMs or conversations to stop unwanted delivery while moderators review the report.

Urgent safety escalation

For imminent harm, exploitation, or credible threats, contact [email protected] with URGENT in the subject after using local emergency services if someone is in danger.

Incident workflow

  1. Reporter submits a report with category and optional context from the product surface.
  2. Evidence identifiers and timestamps are stored so reviewers can inspect the relevant DM, stream, or media record.
  3. Moderators triage severity, remove or dismiss content, restrict accounts when needed, and escalate urgent incidents.
  4. Safety, legal, support, or payment-provider review receives a launch evidence packet when required.

Evidence and retention

  • Reports preserve reporter, target user, conversation, message or stream post IDs, category, context, and timestamps.
  • Moderation actions are restricted to admins and record action status so decisions can be audited.
  • Deleted or removed content may be retained in backups or incident evidence where required for safety, legal, or provider compliance review.

If someone is in immediate danger

Contact local emergency services first. Modgee support can preserve account and content evidence for urgent platform review, but it cannot replace emergency responders.
