Refund Policy

Refund Policy v1.0 ยท Effective May 27, 2026

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for purchases made through Modgee, including paid subscriptions, tips, and pay-per-view (PPV) unlocks.

This policy does not limit any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Subscription purchases

  • Subscriptions renew on the billing cycle shown at checkout until cancelled.
  • If you cancel, access continues through the end of the current paid period. Partial-period refunds are generally not provided unless required by law.
  • If you were charged in error (for example, duplicate charge or unauthorized renewal), contact support within 14 days of the charge date for review.

2. Tips

  • Tips are voluntary and usually final once submitted.
  • Refunds may be approved when a payment was unauthorized, duplicated, or affected by a platform processing error.
  • Content dissatisfaction alone is not typically a basis for tip refunds, except where required by law.

3. Pay-per-view (PPV) unlocks

  • PPV purchases are normally non-refundable after access is granted.
  • You may request a refund if the content is not delivered, remains inaccessible due to technical failure, or you were charged more than once for the same unlock.
  • If PPV content is removed for policy or legal reasons after purchase, we will review for a full or pro-rated refund where appropriate.

4. Chargebacks and account actions

If a payment is disputed with your card provider or payment network, we may temporarily suspend related paid access while the dispute is resolved. Repeated fraudulent or abusive disputes may lead to restrictions on future purchases.

5. How to request a refund

Contact support at [email protected] with your account email, purchase date, amount, and a short reason for the request. We usually respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

6. Taxes

Where GST or other applicable taxes were charged, refunds include any tax amount associated with the refunded charge.
